BlackSquare announce establishment of EMEA headquarters in Dublin

BlackSquare, a global digital experience leader in the drinks industry has today announced the establishment of its EMEA Headquarters in Dublin. Headquartered in Calgary, Canada, the company will operate a remote model across Ireland and are set to create 20 new jobs nationwide over the next three years. The EMEA headquarters in Dublin will coordinate BlackSquare’s international business outside of North America. The roles created will be across a variety of disciplines such as project management, software development, and supply chain.

BlackSquare provides an end-to-end Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce solution for the global drinks industry. The unique solution entitled ‘Insight’, enables alcohol brands, producers (wineries, breweries, and distilleries), and marketplaces to deploy DTC strategies.  The platform ingests and analyses vast amounts of data, providing unique insights into consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns. As consumers continue to adjust to the effects of COVID-19, beverage alcohol ecommerce has become an increasingly important retail channel across the globe. The company employs over 60 people across offices in Calgary, Toronto, London and Melbourne. Their list of clients in Europe includes leading beverage company and makers of Guinness, Diageo.
