Donegal County Council has reserved a stand at Boot Düsseldorf for Donegal businesses to attend one of world’s leading marine tourism trade shows.
Boot Düsseldorf is running from the 19th-27th of January and invites approx. 250,000 visitors from 92 countries every year. The trade show is the world’s largest marketplace for sail boats and motor boats and is a great opportunity for marine related business in Donegal to showcase their businesses on an international level.
The Düsseldorf International Boat Show, more commonly known as Boot Düsseldorf, is an annual event held at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany and is considered a benchmark for the international boat and water sports industry. The exhibition is in its fiftieth year running and is unique in the sense that vessels of up to 180grt can be exhibited within this completely indoor event.
This year’s campaign for the trade show
Donegal County Council are encouraging businesses to consider attending the event to promote their business as there will be opportunities to present on the main stage of the conference. Of the nine themed areas, Donegal County Council’s Tourism Unit has booked stand space located in the ‘Travel World’ area of the exhibition hall.
