Lord Mayor officially opens ClickDimensions European hub on South Mall

Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr. John Sheehan formally opened the new Cork City offices of U.S. digital marketing technology company ClickDimensions at 10 South Mall this afternoon.

ClickDimensions has already brought 22 highly skilled jobs to their new location on South Mall and plan to hire another 28 people by the end of 2020.  They are partnering with UCC and CIT in order to attract highly qualified graduates.

Speaking at the event, the Lord Mayor said: “I am delighted that ClickDimensions are opening their office on the South Mall, it is a great vote of confidence in the City and the burgeoning technology sector and talent pool within the City”.

The company, which focuses on software, services and analytics, has its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.  CEO Mike Dickerson says that Cork was chosen as its European hub above other Irish and European cities on account of its network of highly skilled, multilingual workers, and its infrastructure.  The company also has regional offices in New Zealand, Tel Aviv, Fargo and The Hague.

ClickDimensions is already deeply involved in the heart of Cork’s business and educational community, sponsoring the Cork Chamber of Commerce Digital Marketing Awards 2019 and is a sponsor and judge for the CIT Digital Marketing Course final year project.
