Mick Curran has for the last three years been the CEO of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). CILT is the professional body for those employed it Freight, Transport and distribution sectors. CILT also acts as an examining body on behalf of both the Health and Safety Authority as well as the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport. This logistic and transport organisation operates a Skillnet network, that currently runs the Clear Customs program on behalf of Skillnet Ireland.
Additionally, prior to joining CILT, Mick spent 24 years as a member of the Defence Forces serving in a variety of roles both at home and overseas.
