dlr & Respond to Deliver 200 New Cost Rental Homes in Sandyford

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown (dlr) County Council and Respond have announced construction is underway at Lisieux Hall, Sandyford, Co Dublin for 200 new homes, including 67 cost rental apartments and 133 social apartments. The new homes are scheduled for delivery between Q4-2024 and Q1-2025. The 133 social apartments will be allocated to persons from the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown
