Kildare Business GoodBrew Makes Hay at National Ploughing Championships

Kildare business, GoodBrew got the chance to exhibit to over 200,000 people at the National Ploughing Championships as part of the Local Enterprise Village.

GoodBrew, who are supported by Local Enterprise Office Kildare, are a Kildare based beverage manufacturer making functional and sustainable plant-based cold brew coffee drinks fortified with Vitamin D & B12 for an extra nutritional boost.

The initiative of the Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) saw over 30 small businesses from across the country take a stand in the Local Enterprise Village in the heart of the Ploughing Championships, opening their businesses up to over 200,000 prospective customers across the 3 days of the event. 

Jeff Schroeder, Co-Founder of GoodBrew said, “it was a great honour for the GoodBrew crew to represent County Kildare LEO at the National Ploughing Championship. Such an incredible experience and great exposure for our growing business and a fantastic way to introduce our product to new consumers.” 

Head of Enterprise & Economic Development, Kildare Local Enterprise Office, Jacqui McNabb said, “small businesses very rarely get an opportunity like this, and it was a significant event for them in the growth of their business.  GoodBrew were at the very heart of the action at the Ploughing Championships getting the chance to tell their story, gain exposure and to sell their product to a massive new audience. We were very proud to support Jeff & Dee on this occasion.”

Some of the clients involved this year covered areas such as kids clothing & games, agtech products, luxury bathing and skincare products, artisan food and drink producers, sustainable clothing and beauty products and range of innovative products from Ireland’s best small businesses. Year on year the Local Enterprise Village has proven to be one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the Ploughing Championships.
