A low-temperature warning for Ireland has been issued by Met Éireann this morning.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Met Éireann said:
“Lowest temperatures are expected to fall to between zero and -3 degrees generally, but may fall locally to -4 degrees with a widespread sharp frost.”
The Status Yellow warning is valid from Friday March 9th 00:01 to Friday March 9th 08:00.
