Digital Business Ireland Set to Host 1,000 Attendees at FutureProof in Croke Park

Digital Business Ireland, in partnership Permanent TSB, has officially launched its annual conference and expo, Digital Summit: FutureProof, on the hallowed turf of the home of Gaelic games, Croke Park in Dublin. This year’s event is set to be the biggest day for the Irish ecommerce community in 2023!

FutureProof, will bring together the digital commerce community to explore the transformative power of digital technologies and their role in shaping the future of business and the boundary-less possibilities of all it presents. With the industry undergoing profound change as a result of the speed of the evolution of AI, Chat GPT and the consequential compliance challenges, the conference will explore a whole range of digital tools for business from digital marketing to social media, the metaverse and the role of talent in a rapidly changing ecosystem.

The goal of the event is to create new connections in the burgeoning Irish ecommerce industry, and help companies to future proof their operations during a volatile time for digital businesses.

The event will be inaugurated by Minister for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Dara Calleary TD. A range of thought-leaders from global brands will address attendees from Meta to TikTok, Trustpilot, Cpl, Fortinet, Puig, Peninsula and Google. Representing the digital sector in Ireland will be Core Optimisation, IA Labs, Planet, Magico, Failte Ireland and the Garda National Cyber Crime Bureau, among others.
